Reporting Relationships
The IT Analyst reports directly to the IT Manager, Noranco Canada, with a dotted line reporting relationship to the General Manager.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate user needs and system functionality.
- Responsible for the smooth running of all ICT facilities to ensure they meet the needs of individuals and projects (including anti-virus software, print services and email provision, etc.).
