IT - IT Business Partner

IT Business Partner (ITBP) ensures that technology align with business objectives, manages demand intake, and drives the successful delivery of IT solutions that enhance banking operations, customer experience, compliance, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Digital Banking, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.

Understand business strategies, objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and IT teams.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

2. Demand & Portfolio Management

Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
