**Responsibilities**:
- Manage inventory of IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Track the lifecycle of laptops, ensuring timely replacements and upgrades.
- Manage invoices and billing related to IT procurement activities.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an IT Procurement Analyst or similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
**Job Type**: Part-time
