Responsibilities
- Requirements analysis and documentation: collaborate with business departments to define business requirements and prepare technical documentation. Assist in drafting requests for proposals (RFPs) and participate in selection and evaluation of external vendors.
- System design and development support: assist in designing business processes and breaking down business requirements into product groups. Collaborate with the IT team at Midea Group headquarters on system design, development, testing, and deployment.
