IT Infrastructure Service Operations Manager

Full-time, National Capital Region.

The purpose of the role is to lead and oversee the delivery of the enterprise IT Infrastructure services covering the IT Network (LAN/WAN/SDWAN), connectivity (telecoms) telephony, cloud, on premise and other hosting services to ensure that agreed Service Levels.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 10 years experience in Infrastructure Operations and Management role
• At least 5 years managerial role in Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance
• At least 3 year experience as a project team member of any IT infrastructure related project
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any 4-year related course
• Licensed ECE is a plus but not required
• ITIL V4 foundation, other industry Certifications/ Trainings on specific IT technologies/platforms (i.e. Azure/AWS/GCP) are a plus but...
