Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end procurement activities, including processing purchase requests, creating purchase orders, and ensuring timely fulfillment of business requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and engage external vendors to obtain competitive quotations while balancing cost, quality, and service delivery.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, and business functions to support procurement initiatives and vendor-related requirements.
- Coordinate logistics and shipment activities for hardware, equipment, and technology assets across the region.
- Monitor purchase orders and supplier performance, proactively identifying and resolving delivery or supply-chain issues.
