IT Infrastructure Manager(Onsite)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee continuous monitoring of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Coordinate response to IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations
• Plan and implement IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
• Oversee the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost‑effective use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines
• Ensure IT infrastructure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and implement security measures to protect against threats.
• Available to respond to outage events 24/7.
