• Manage and maintain all IT hardware, software, networks, and technology assets across the organization.
• Ensure availability, security, patching, backups, endpoint protection, firewall management, network connectivity, and software license compliance.
• Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, Wi-Fi, cabling, and internet connectivity.
• Manage Microsoft Workspace - Office 365, including user administration, data migration, and employee onboarding.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, storage, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
