Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of servers, network and security systems, as well as cloud services.
- Design, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure of the organization.
- Maintain Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and storage solutions.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery with backups and replication.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches and updates.
- Implement network design, configure, and maintain LAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructure, managing firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Implement and monitor network security policies, intrusion detection, and access control.
