It Infrastructure And Security Manager

**Reports to**:Financial Controller with parallel reporting to the CTO**Key Responsibilities****Infrastructure & Systems Management**- Manage network architecture (VLANs, routing, firewalls) and oversee server, hardware, and software performance.
- Work with CTO and Controller to administer databases and manage secure access across Mexico operations.
- Support automation, system integration, and cloud migration efforts.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and oversee asset rotation.
- Monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure for reliability.
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain access logs.
- Support CTO with development of security policies.
**Cybersecurity & Compliance**- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols; respond to incidents and improve processes.
- Enforce standards for passwords, access, and secure system usage.
