Description
Manage multiple concurrent internal and customer business systems projects of a complex nature.
Responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate project resource needs, and developing project budget and schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
Must be completely immerse into project's scope and objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
Communicates with Executive Team regarding status of specific projects.
IT Sr Manager is also responsible of achieving SLA's with customers (IT wise) for the ongoing operation.
