IT Hub Leader Mexico

Description:

We are looking for a motivated Marsh Tech Hub Leader to support our team in Mexico City, Torre Mayor. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We have ambitious growth targets in Mexico City to serve as the Tech regional hub, and a Center for Excellence, for the Americas. The regional hub will contain teams of Application Developers, technology specialists, Business Analysts, Project/Program Managers and other technology roles that require time zone overlap with clients in the Americas. The Leader works with the Technology Leadership team as well as local business and corporate leaders to lead efforts on scalability and efficiency, performance improvement, service enhancement, and product development.
