🔎 Job Conditions
- 📍 Location / Modality: 100% On-site – Bogotá (Conecta 80).
- 📄 Contract Type: Permanent / Indefinite term contract.
- 💰 Salary: $2,850,000 COP base salary + up to $200,000 COP in performance-based commissions.
- 🎓 Training: 2 fully paid days.
🕒 Schedule / Shifts:
- Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday.
- Morning window shifts (finishing at 5:30 PM max).
- 2 days off per week (rotating/not fixed).
