As part of the IT Team at Milestone Technologies, you will provide essential helpdesk services, managing user accounts, system patching, and hardware/software support. Strong communication and a service-oriented mentality are vital as you monitor computer systems and networks. You will also learn from the IT support team while addressing user requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IT support for user accounts and system maintenance
• Monitor and maintain desktop systems and video conferencing tools
• Follow SOP documentation and escalate issues when needed
• Manage ticket queue through the ServiceNow system
