WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is hiring an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst to ensure seamless IT operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Tackle Level 1 and 2 support roles while working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
As part of the IT team reporting to the Director of IT, you will provide comprehensive support for devices and applications crucial to patient care. This role includes troubleshooting technical issues, user administration, and maintaining high system uptime to ensure efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer Level 1 and Level 2 support for IT devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Manage helpdesk tickets and support user requests
• Install and configure Windows and business applications
• Document processes and resolutions in the ticketing system
Requirements:
• Background in IT with a Diploma or Degree
