**Activities**:
- Perform periodic system maintenance;
- Providing assistance to employees or customers about technology;
- Perform diagnostics of hardware and software malfunctions;
- Find solutions to any failures and implement them;
- Replace damaged or malfunctioning parts of equipment when necessary;
- Make the request of the new pieces when they are missing in the inventory;
- Prepare reports on the state of the company's equipment and systems;
- Perform security reviews on all systems.
**Requirements**:
- Career truncated or completed in information technology, computing, computer science or similar.
- 1+ years of experience providing technical support to computer equipment.
- Have a level of conversational English. **80% +**:
