About the Role:
- This is a Technical Support Specialist role where you will provide technical assistance to customers via email, chat and phone.
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving general and specific problems related to web services (domains, web hosting, emails, office 365 etc.)
- Quickly identify the type of customer in order to provide adequate responses and solution(s) to fulfill customer's expectations
This position involves shift work on weekends or nights but an option may be available for flexible scheduling. Your impact on our business would include informating
