IT Help Desk Technician — BIM & M365 Support, Pension

Robert Quinn Ltd, a leading Irish construction company, is seeking an IT Help Desk / Service Desk Technician. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, resolving issues across desktop, software, and network environments to keep project operations running smoothly.

The role requires solid Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, AD experience, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. BIM and construction-project software experience is a plus.
