IT Help Desk Engineer: Windows, AD & Networking Support

Netcracker Technology in Mexico City is looking for an IT HelpDesk Engineer to provide technical support for PCs and peripherals. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption for users and managing inventory.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, a bachelor’s degree in IT, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, and fluent English and Spanish are necessary.
