IT Help Desk Agent — 24/7 Onsite Support (Imus)

LizardBear Tasking, Inc. (PEZA) is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to provide first-line support from our Imus, Cavite site. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and tickets, diagnosing issues and ensuring timely resolution.

The role requires strong English communication, customer service mindset, and the ability to work in a rotating shift. Fresh graduates are welcome, with ITIL/MCP favored but not required.
