Technology Strategy & Architecture :
- Develop and execute the organizations technology strategy and long-term architectural roadmap.
- Lead modernization of core systems into scalable, secure, and cloud-ready architectures.
- Establish technology standards, frameworks, and governance across engineering and IT teams. Engineering & Delivery Excellence :
- Lead engineering, architecture, QA, and DevOps functions for timely, high-quality delivery of technology initiatives.
- Implement modern development practices including CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and agile ways of working.
