Responsibilities
- End-to-end IT and digital transformation roadmap for the solar and net metering business.
- Operational customer platform integrating application, billing, and customer care.
- Interoperable system architecture aligned with Meralco’s and other DUs’ IT systems.
- Functional DevOps infrastructure for continuous delivery and scalability.
- Implementation of robust cybersecurity and IT governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise-scale or multi-system integration projects.
