IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager

The IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager will lead IT governance, risk, compliance, and audit activities by assessing technology risks, implementing control frameworks, ensuring regulatory and security compliance, managing audits and assessments, and providing governance reporting to support effective risk management and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 7–12 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 5 years in governance, risk, compliance, audit, controls, or related functions.
• Strong background in IT governance, risk management, control frameworks, audit processes, regulatory compliance, policy documentation, and standards development.
• Working knowledge of COBIT, Functional Rules, Group Corporate Rules, IT control frameworks, and ITOM requirements.
