Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Software Architects, Developers, Project Managers, and customers to define product roadmaps, enhancements, and change requests. Participate in requirements gathering, business analysis, feasibility studies, functional design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and test cases.
- Work closely with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business and user needs.
- Conduct business and technical impact assessments for enhancements and modifications to existing SaaS and enterprise applications.
- Facilitate workshops, discussions, and training sessions with customers and end users.
