Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and optimize the Coupa platform (expense management, procurement and accounts payable) as a bridge between IT and Finance.
• Daily maintenance, incident resolution, flow validation, coordination with Product/Tech and operational support to ensure a friction‑free Procure‑to‑Pay process.
• Lead development projects for internal team implementations.
• Provide technical support and internal customer service for Coupa, SAP, Netsuite and P2P flows.
• Handle first‑line incidents, errors, doubts and requests from internal users.
