This individual will be responsible for supporting employees and executives across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, networking, and endpoint management platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive and customer-focused IT professional who can troubleshoot independently, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and deliver exceptional end-user support.
