Role:

Support endpoint lifecycle management operations;

Ensure efficient execution of workplace operational and logistical activities for workstations;

Support migration, rollout, and other operational initiatives;

Contribute to the operational readiness of workstation support and its scalability;

Optimize inventory and hardware management.

Profile:

Academic qualifications at 12th-grade level;

Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and end-user support;

Proven experience with the Microsoft Windows operating system;

Experience in desktop administration and deployment;

Proficiency in Office Suite installation and activation;

Ability to troubleshoot OneDrive synchronization issues;

Strong knowledge of configuring Outlook using POP, IMAP or Autodiscover service;
