- Provide support for Office 365, Windows 10 and 11, and laptop hardware.
- Assist with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Subnet, VPN) and ensure proper configuration.
- Apply cybersecurity tools and best practices.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively in English and the local language.
