Your Role on Our Journey

As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable and secure IT operations across the company. This includes day‑to‑day helpdesk support, managing and monitoring Microsoft 365 services, hardware and system troubleshooting, IT asset and asset‑related cost management, and vendor relationships. You will also support user onboarding and offboarding, collaborating with other departments on internal IT‑related projects.

Your Day‑to‑Day Adventures
  • Provide timely and effective helpdesk support to all employees, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations ensuring the following SLA requirement.
  • Manage and maintain IT hardware including laptops and peripherals — covering configuration, troubleshooting, repair, and routine upkeep to ensure all systems are running optimally.
  • Oversee IT asset management, including asset tagging, inventory tracking, and keeping asset records up to date in the system.
