Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, logistics, or related fields.
- US citizen or green card holder.
- Willingness to relocate to our site in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Minimum of 2 years in similar roles, managing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, QAD, etc.
- Experience in multinational ERP implementation or support, ideally with plants in the U.S.
- Knowledge in manufacturing, production, or supply chain, highly valued especially in the aerospace industry.
