Responsabilidades
- Active Directory: permission management for users, creating work groups, setting up users and groups, adding or deleting computers.
- Helpdesk: provide assistance to employees with technological matters.
- Corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment, replacing damaged parts when necessary.
- Domain migration and deployment of systems.
- Network management and telecommunications: routers, switches, Fortinet firewalls, WAN (Ruckus Zone Director), LAN, VPN, point‑to‑point network links.
- Telephony systems: Hipath 3000 Siemens / Cisco CME, monitoring installation of CCTV.
- Asset inventory and control using Wasp System (labels).
- Development of value proposals to improve organizational efficiency.
Requisitos
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced English language skills.
