- Male
- Graduate of vocational or trade courses
- At least 1 year experience in the same capacity
- Preferably with hotel background experience and able to coordinate and supervise the facilities management team
- Physically fit, flexible, and hardworking
- Good moral character
- Willing to render overtime and work during holidays
- Knowledge in electrical wiring installation and maintenance
- Knowledge in troubleshooting and maintenance of facilities
- Knowledge in computer technology and CCTV
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
