This role ensures the resilience and recoverability of critical IT systems. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, coordinate DR exercises and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Document and maintain comprehensive IT disaster recovery plans for manufacturing and enterprise systems.
• Coordinate risk assessments and business impact analysis to identify critical systems, gaps, and recovery priorities.
