Responsibilities
- Own the Sales & Service technology operating model, platform strategy, and roadmap alignment across Salesforce-centered platforms
- Drive business process transformation across sales operations, lead‑to‑cash, quote‑to‑cash, and PSA/Certinia
- Manage complex technology projects and cross‑functional initiatives, coordinating milestones and risks
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud
- Oversee Salesforce DevOps, release management, and production readiness practices
- Lead technology innovation and AI enablement using Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud
- Lead and develop the internal technology delivery team and manage external vendors and implementation partners
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, business systems, CRM, or Salesforce platform leadership
