Be essential as an IT Deskside Support Analyst, delivering first-level support for technical issues within the organization. This six-month position pays between $28–$36 per hour based on experience.
In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across desktops, software applications, and user access. Your mission includes sustaining high standards of customer service while managing incidents through various platforms. Engaging with technologies such as Microsoft Windows and SCCM, you’ll play a critical part in supporting users and maintaining service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
