IT Delivery Manager (Financial Services)

KLx is the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., a large international banking group that provides IT Skills & Software Development services to the IT organizations within the group's business lines.

Our mission is to assist with the IT transformation & activities of a worldwide bank, capitalizing on all the skills from our international campus in Lisbon.

About Responsibilities

• Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Manage activity scheduling and delivery timelines.
• Ensure quality of service across application development activities.
• Align application delivery with the evolving needs of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring partner.
• Propose and implement new solutions to reinforce KLx’s positioning.
• Support development teams in projects and daily application development.
• Facilitate collaboration between Crédit Agricole business stakeholders and technical teams.
