IT & Data Specilalist– NUO Platform for Renewable Asset Managemen

Job Description Summary

We’re looking for a young IT Specialist to be included in our NUO Delivering and Support team, the platform designed and developed by Vector Renewables to digitalize asset management of renewables power plants.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ticketing management, providing user support where required.
• Follow up daily procedures to monitor data integrity and stability of the data acquisition system.
• Interact with third‑party support such as site managers, manufacturer support services or O&M contacts to inform or solve issues at facilities.
• Participate in daily, weekly and other recurring meetings related to activities scheduling and delivery in sprints according to Agile methodology.
• Review and update procedures and documents related to the system usability and provide direct support in training sessions when necessary.
