Your Opportunity:

The IT Customer Support I position has a significant impact on efficient service delivery and is focused on assessing end user device hardware and software requests via our Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool called ServiceNow. The IT Customer Support I role is also engaged in other work supporting the portfolio (, operational process improvement, process development, documentation, strategic planning, projects, etc.). Coordination with internal and external stakeholders is needed to work with cross-functional teams (technical, support, business, vendors, etc.) to interpret customer needs, assess requirements, and identify solutions to non-standard requests. This is an exciting role that is responsible for making quick decisions and facilitating the creation of standards that align to the provincial goals of the Technology Services program.
