- Required language(s): Mandarin, English

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email or remote access
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions for customer
- Create/Update support ticket in Support Management System
- Follow-up and update customer status on raised ticket
