Job Title: Technical Support Specialist


The role of a Technical Support Specialist is to provide expert technical support and guidance to internal teams, vendors, partners, and customers via phone and ticketing systems.


You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, resolve problems, maintain accurate documentation within the ticketing system, collaborate on case resolution efforts.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;

  • A minimum of three years' experience working as a technical customer support specialist.
