IT Coordinator - UAE National

To support in the execution of IT operation’s tasks, initiatives, and process. Custodian to department repository of documentation, reporting and configuration database. Includes coordination and in some instances install, configure, operate common IT infrastructure such as the Network, Servers, Storage, end‑points and external services (e.g. the cloud such as AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure) so as to ensure smooth delivery of services to the user within Al Tayer. The job requires coordination, handling of priority incident and service request process, including trend reviews for the allocation teams or system areas
