This position will provide technical advice and assistance to employees and troubleshoot errors and fix issues via a help desk ticketing system, and other methods.
Duties and Responsibilities The IT Coordinator is the first point of contact for IT related issues via phone, email, ticketing system, or in person to users in the different Dixon Hall locations.
