Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day IT support to hotel staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and system issues.
- Support the set‑up, maintenance and effective use of hotel technology systems, ensuring reliability and alignment with Mama Shelter and Ennismore standards.
- Assist with IT set‑up for the pre‑opening of Mama Shelter Cape Town, including system installations, user access, hardware deployment and technology readiness.
- Serve as a partner to colleagues across departments, delivering timely solutions, guidance and training on IT systems and tools.
