IT Coordinator – Applications and Projects

Responsibilities Lead and develop the team, ensuring engagement, alignment, and high performance. Oversee and enhance the systems ecosystem (SAP and integrated platforms), ensuring stability and continuous improvement. Lead and deliver strategic projects (SAP and non-SAP), applying agile and traditional methodologies, with a focus on schedule, cost and quality. Manage and control vendors, contracts and budget (CAPEX/OPEX), ensuring efficiency and quality of deliveries. Align and negotiate with stakeholders, prioritizing requests according to business impact. Identify and optimize processes, addressing bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement. Translate business needs into technological solutions. Ensure and monitor results through area indicators and targets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
