Reporting to the System Administrator, this position is 100% based in office at our Mississauga, Ontario, facility. This is a full-time, contract role that is an addition to headcount. The contract will be from 6 months to 12 months.
Major Accountability
- Assists internal customers with PC and network-related operations issues.
- Provides timely, creative and accurate solutions to ensure end-user productivity.
- Maintains accurate information regarding end-user issues within the tracking systems
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and updates in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Assist with setup, configuration, and deployment of workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
