At ING we are looking for an IT Chapter Lead Consumer Lending
As Consumer Lending IT Chapter Lead you will be responsible for the following products:
- Current loans (preapproved, OnDemand, OnePay, Payroll in advance, etc.)
- Fraud (Experian and Confirma)
- Bureaus (Experian & Asnef)
Your key responsibilities
- People development : Lead a chapter and develop a proud, high‑performing, diverse tech team that every tech person wishes to join; increase team autonomy.
