Senior IT Change Manager
I am seeking a Senior IT Change Manager for an initial 12-month contract based in the Sydney CBD. You will lead the planning and execution of change initiatives for new IT business solutions, focusing on driving adoption and minimising stakeholder resistance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and business impact assessments to determine change scale and readiness.
- Develop and integrate comprehensive change management strategies into project plans.
- Produce actionable documentation, including communication and training plans.
- Coordinate engagement activities and manage public-facing releases for websites and portals.
