What We Look For?

IT Change Analyst

• +5 years experience as IT Change Analyst
• Experience within Technical Change Management, Environment Management, Release Management, or IT Operations governance roles.
• Experience coordinating software deployments and infrastructure changes across multiple technologies and platforms.
• Previous experience working within an ITIL Service Management environment with strong understanding of Change, Incident, Problem, and Environment Management processes.
• Experience facilitating governance forums such as CABs, operational reviews, or deployment planning meetings.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, change governance, and deployment best practices within enterprise environments.
