Mandatory Requirements
- +5 years experience as IT Change Analyst
- Experience within Technical Change Management, Environment Management, Release Management, or IT Operations governance roles
- Experience coordinating software deployments and infrastructure changes across multiple technologies and platforms
- Previous experience working within an ITIL Service Management environment with strong understanding of Change, Incident, Problem, and Environment Management processes
