About the role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Business Manager to accelerate our growth in Colombia and across the Americas.
This is a true hunter role , where approximately 75% of your time will be dedicated to business development and client acquisition. You will be responsible for building your own portfolio of clients, developing long-term relationships, and managing consultants throughout their assignments.
You will own the full business lifecycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, staffing consultants, and growing existing accounts.
